At Flying Carpets, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our rugs. Each piece is carefully selected or custom-made with attention to detail. However, we understand that there may be situations where a return or refund is required. Please review our policy below.
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Non-Custom Rugs (Ready-Made Rugs):
Exchange of (Ready-Made) rug requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return or refund is not accepted unless the rug is damaged by us (Flying Carpets)
Rug must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Kindly provide photo evidence for faster resolution.
We will offer a full refund or exchange at no extra cost.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Custom-made or Pre-Order Rugs
(including any rugs made-to-order in specific sizes, colors, or designs)
Sale or Clearance items
Rugs damaged due to misuse, improper cleaning, or accidental damage after delivery
If you wish to exchange your current rug for another rug from our store, the new rug must be of equal or higher value. Exchanges are only applicable for ready-made rugs. Please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned rug.
We will notify you once your refund has been initiated.
Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the item was incorrect or defective.

Include your order number, reason for return, and relevant photos (if damaged).
Once approved, we will provide you with the return address and shipping instructions.
Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during return transit, if using your own transit
Flying Carpets is not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels, if not picked up by us.
All returns must be pre-approved via email. Items returned without approval may not be accepted.
For custom designs, special size orders, or rugs made to your specifications, all sales are final.
These are made just for you, and therefore cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
