Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping (Within Malaysia)

We offer nationwide shipping across Peninsular and East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak).

  • Standard Delivery Time: 3–7 business days

  • Oversized Rugs: 7–14 business days

  • Custom Rugs : 2-3 months including weaving 

  • Delivery Partners: Lalamove, J&T, GDEX, or private freight/logistics (for larger rugs)

  • Delivery Fee:

    • Free shipping for orders above RM3,000

    • Flat rate RM49–RM99 based on size and location

    • Free shipping within our store radius

    • Larger rugs or installations may incur additional delivery charges, quoted at checkout or separately

All rugs are carefully packed to prevent damage in transit. For hand-knotted, antique, or investment-grade rugs, insured shipping and additional protection are included.


International Shipping

We currently ship worldwide.

  • Standard Delivery Time: 7–30 business days

  • Shipping Fee: Quoted during checkout or via manual invoice

  • Duties & Taxes: All international duties, VAT, and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer

For large or special items, international freight options (air or sea) will be discussed after order placement.


Custom Orders

Custom-made rugs take time and care to produce. The timeline depends on the shipping method:

  • By Sea Freight (Default): Estimated 3 months (includes weaving & shipping)

  • By Air Freight (Optional): Estimated 2 months (faster delivery but additional costs apply)

Once your design is confirmed and a deposit is made, production begins. You’ll receive progress updates throughout the process. Final payment is due before shipment.


Installation & Delivery Services (Klang Valley Only)

We offer white-glove delivery and rug placement services in Kuala Lumpur and surrounding areas.

  • Includes unwrapping, rug padding placement, and optional furniture repositioning


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days

  • You will receive tracking info once the order is shipped

  • For pre-order or custom designs, timelines will be stated clearly in the product description
